We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Apply the nursing process to support clients/residents/patients in achieving and maintaining their optimum level of health.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Knowledge of Professional Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
