About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design and Animation Specialist to join our team at Rockstar Games Toronto ULC. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality visual effects and animations for our electronic productions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Plan Projects

Estimate the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, and plan accordingly to meet deadlines.

Adapt and Enhance Existing Content

Adapt existing illustrations to meet the needs of our productions, and enhance them to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Develop Storyboards and Concept Art

Assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions, including multimedia, interactive, and digital products, as well as television advertising and productions.

Produce 2D and 3D Animations

Produce high-quality 2D and 3D animated drawings or computer illustrations, using a range of software and techniques.

Coordinate Production

Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, ensuring that they meet the required standards.

Determine Visual Effect and Communication Medium

Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication.

Develop Graphic Elements

Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, including sketches, layouts, and graphic elements.

Usability Testing

Conduct usability testing to ensure that our productions meet the required standards.

Technical Requirements
  • Software Proficiency

Proficient in Autodesk 3ds Max, Unity3D, Autodesk Maya, and Unreal Engine.

Equipment and Machinery Experience

Experience with Blender.
