The Role

We are seeking passionate and energetic retail associates, also known as Skin Care Coaches, to join our growing team. As a Skin Care Coach, you will be responsible for coaching our guests into personalized skin care training programs and supporting our Skin Care Trainers throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Coach guests into personalized skin care training programs
  • Support Skin Care Trainers in their daily tasks
  • Build relationships with regular guests and new customers alike
  • Set personal goals and work with managers and trainers to achieve them
  • Take on additional responsibilities and learn other areas of the company
Requirements
  • Full-time availability, 4-5 shifts a week with both weekend days available
  • Part-time availability, 3 shifts a week with one weekend day available
  • Energetic individuals with retail experience and a passion for skin care
  • Innovative problem-solvers who think on their feet and provide customer-oriented solutions
  • Frontline motivators who continuously coach their team to meet goals and exceed expectations
  • Strong communicators who can fill our books with facials and implement marketing and promotion efforts
