Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our team at Top Gun Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food items to a high standard, adhering to our quality control procedures.
- Package and portion food for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve our service goals.
- Adhere to our company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, food safety, and team communication.
Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
