Job Summary

E. Côté et Fils inc is seeking an Agroforestry Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for clearing and collecting brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas.

About the Role

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agriculture or forestry and be able to lift heavy loads.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas.
  • Clean the work area regularly.
  • Assist with harvesting crops.
  • Loading, unloading and transferring crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry.
Work Conditions

The work environment is physically demanding and may involve exposure to various weather conditions.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 based on industry standards and the location.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience in agriculture or forestry is an asset.
Working Terms
  • Temporary full-time position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • French language proficiency is required.
