Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team at Technow Consultancy Services Inc. as a key member of our digital solutions team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' requirements. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their website requirements and develop a plan to meet those needs.
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements, including hardware and software needs.
  • Determine the optimal server performance requirements to achieve our clients' goals.
  • Develop website architecture and design, including preparing mock-ups and storyboards.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions, including creating and optimizing content for the website.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion on the website, and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the site.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize those risks.
  • Research and evaluate various interactive media software products to ensure they meet our clients' needs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls.
  • Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
