About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of Capital and Manufacturing Transformation Programs. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive program frameworks, aligning deliverables to achieve targeted cost efficiencies.
  2. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program outcomes.
  3. Manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline and maximizing ROI.
  4. Communicate effectively with program stakeholders, including departmental leaders, project managers, and other team members.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required or licensed Engineer.
- Extensive experience (7 to 10 years) in project management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale capital projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and software tools, including MS Project, Primavera P6, and Asana.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
