We are a reputable healthcare provider seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team in Red Lake. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our community.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to provide comprehensive medical services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Medical Practice: Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, prescribe medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Patient Education: Provide health education and counseling to patients on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Clinical Decision-Making: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans and make informed decisions regarding patient care.
- Communication: Maintain open and honest communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Education: Must hold a degree in medicine or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current licensure to practice medicine in Canada is required.
- Certification: Must be certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in family medicine is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records.
The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus opportunities, free parking, and team-building activities.
