Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for providing top-notch clinical preventative hygiene services to patients, including scaling, root planning, polishing, and whitening. Your expertise will also be utilized to educate patients on oral health and wellness, promoting a tailored experience that meets their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Perform clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, and whitening
  • Serve as an oral health educator, introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients on oral health and wellness
  • Establish and maintain patient loyalty by delivering a personalized experience based on patient expectations and maintaining ethical and professional behavior
About You
  • Completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
  • Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing
  • Valid CPR certification
