SINGH'S CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of flooring, including hardwood, carpet, and resilient flooring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Prepare flooring plans and scheduling
  • Install carpeting on floors, walls, and other surfaces
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Prepare floors for installations
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-7 months of experience in flooring installation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
