About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Press Operator to join our team at Planet Press Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our presses to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Presses: Safely and efficiently operate our presses to produce high-quality products, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of products throughout the production process, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Production Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules, ensuring timely and efficient production.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to achieve production goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on presses and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Ability to work under pressure, physically demanding, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, flexible, judgment, organized, reliable, and a team player.
