The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning and implementing engaging activities that cater to the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of our residents. This may include arranging social events, community outings, exercise programs, and holiday celebrations.

We're looking for someone who is trustworthy, compassionate, and able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors. A commitment to confidentiality and a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that cater to the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of residents
  • Arrange social events, community outings, exercise programs, and holiday celebrations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless execution of activities
  • Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain a commitment to resident care
