Assistant Store Manager

Ricki's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Garden City Shopping Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers and driving business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute store visual merchandising presentations to deliver brand fashion ability
- Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates and leaders
- Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
- Implement brand visual standards and seasonal merchandising plans to achieve consistency of visual display
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
- Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
- Provide leadership to the store team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to achieve great results
- Experienced retail supervisor with strong visual merchandising skills and ability to drive business through fashion consciousness and commerciality
- Excellent sales skills and commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences
- Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
- Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
