Key Responsibilities
  • To coordinate and maintain office administrative procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • To record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To establish and maintain office routines, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • To handle telephone calls and electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
  • To type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • To oversee and co-ordinate the execution of various administrative tasks, as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team.

What We Offer
