Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Moores. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
- Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and other store-related projects to maintain a high level of store appearance.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a world-class customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
