Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to enter orders into the SAP system with accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate will also support calls from the sales team regarding orders and patient cases, manage incoming customer calls, troubleshoot issues, and process and expedite patient orders.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to manage time and projects effectively, and possess excellent communication skills. Bilingual French is mandatory (in written and verbal), and previous experience in the customer service field or in medical device is required. SAP experience is strongly preferred.
