Merchandising Team Lead

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans and strategies in grocery stores across Canada.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute merchandising plans and strategies in grocery stores, including resets and relines.
- Tag, rotate, and place products on shelves, adjusting shelf heights and movement as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with store management and merchandising teams.
- Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours.
**Requirements:**
- Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
- Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50+ pounds.
- Comfortable working with technology, including smart phone type devices.
- Prior experience in grocery or big box store retail merchandising is preferred.
- Planogram experience is also preferred, with training available.
- Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers.
**What We Offer:**
- $18/hour pay.
- Morning/daytime schedule, Monday through Thursday.
- Flexible schedule.
