Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts at AAA Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from understanding customer needs to submitting applications, including interviews, pre-employment checks, and job offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the recruitment cycle for all positions to be filled, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Identify the qualifications and skills required by our customers and search for candidates through internal and external sources.
- Recommend and submit candidates to operations, conduct behavioral and technical interviews, and coordinate pre-employment checks.
- Participate in the hiring process and maintain professional relationships with candidates, both active and inactive, to develop a lasting network of contacts.
- Attend training sessions in the field of expertise and promote skills development, representing AAA Canada professionally at events and promoting its growth.
- Be involved in various activities and special projects related to human resources management and development.
Requirements
- Certificate in human resources management or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years' experience in recruitment and placement.
- Ability to move quickly and easily in a computerized environment.
- Autonomous, dynamic, and willing to achieve concrete results in a short space of time.
- Oral and written bilingualism (French - English) is an important asset for communication in our multilingual environment and our technical documentation.
