Job Description

At AB Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing services team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • The job requires working in confined spaces, wet/damp environments, and various locations.
  • Physically demanding tasks include bending, crouching, kneeling, and working under pressure.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in plumbing.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
