We are seeking a skilled Lead Financial Strategist to join our team in Brampton, Ontario.

About the Role

As a Senior Financial Advisor at Scotiabank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by discovering their needs, educating them on relevant financial strategies, and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and developing personalized financial plans
  • Educating customers on day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
  • Building strong, long-standing relationships with customers
  • Developing and growing the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A strategic mindset and ability to develop personalized financial strategies
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma
