Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at the Concourse Retail Mall. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of tenants, employees, and visitors.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Patrolling the Toronto Dominion Centre complex to prevent and detect crime
- Responding to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors
- Maintaining accurate records of incidents and events
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma in security or related field (preferable)
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificates
- A valid Security Guard license and compliance with PSISA regulations
- Minimum one year general security experience and familiarity with the TDC Complex
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and evenings
