In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, facility concerns, and directing facility/housekeeping vendors. You will also supervise the work of UPS porters and outside housekeeping vendors, ensuring that they meet high standards of performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering environmental, regulatory, safety, and health compliance training
  • Conducting employee service audits on porters, such as housekeeping audits, appearance audits, service checks, and OJS
  • Holding employees accountable to following assigned work and methods
  • Directing work for UPS Porters and outside service housekeeping vendors
  • Holding housekeeping vendors accountable to meeting expectations
  • Managing the housekeeping functional cost
  • Delivering PCMs to workgroup
  • Validating timecards of porters
  • Coordinating and posting Overtime and Shift Bids for Housekeeping

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in engineering/technical and excellent leadership skills. Internal Salary Grade: 10E Employee Type: Permanent. UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
