ANMOL APPLIANCES LTD is seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining major household appliances in a fast-paced, on-site customer service environment.

  • Conduct thorough electrical tests using specialized equipment to diagnose and repair appliance issues
  • Prepare detailed estimates of repair costs and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Plan and optimize service routes to maximize efficiency
  • Repair and replace faulty electrical components and appliances
  • Provide exceptional customer service, advising customers on work performed and equipment condition
  • Utilize shop equipment and diagnostic tools to repair, adjust, and reprogram appliances

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in appliance repair is an asset
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Dependability, initiative, and a strong work ethic
