Excellent customer service skills, combined with technical expertise, will make you an asset to our team. You will provide support to staff with technical problems and liaise with Technical Support as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have a field technician or technical support background, be proficient with hardware, Windows OS, networking, and Office 365. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle for equipment transport are also required.
