Job Title: Architectural Technician

INCAN BUILDERS INC. is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team. As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for preparing proposals, analyzing technical documents and reports, and assisting in supervising construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare proposals and tender contracts
  • Analyze technical documents and reports
  • Assist in supervising construction projects
  • Prepare working drawings and presentation graphics
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Assist in design development
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
  • English language
