Job Summary

Reliance Oilfield Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Reliability and Efficiency Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our processes and ensuring the highest level of efficiency in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist crew and supervisors/management with duties in the field and shop, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Have or acquire a Class 3 license with Q endorsement, and maintain required safety, operational, and regulatory documentation.
  • Complete driver evaluation, basic safety courses, and customer safety courses as required, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • Perform pre/post trips on units, maintain a log book, and other required documentation, showcasing attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Assist with cleaning shop, yard, and equipment, and keep wireline units stocked with supplies, demonstrating a proactive approach to maintenance and upkeep.
  • Perform regular maintenance on wireline trucks and auxiliary equipment under supervision, and rig in/rig out lubricator, logging tools, sheaves, and other equipment as required, showcasing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist loading perforating guns under supervision and upon completion of required training, and understand and operate various meters, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical knowledge.
  • Learn how to disassemble and service various rope sockets/cablehead, and basic knowledge of pressure control equipment and tools, showcasing a commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
  • Give proper crane hand signals as per advanced driver training, and understand basic wellbore mechanics and design, differentiating between sweet and sour well operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry principles.
  • Install tire chains under supervision, mix oilwell cement, and demonstrate a positive attitude and qualities of a team player, showcasing a strong fit for our company culture.
