Job Description

Brisk Movers Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a local truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials within our region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a straight truck (4,600kg+ or 10,000lbs+ with 3+ axles) to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Defensive Driving Course
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, and you will be required to work in various locations.
