Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer (DevOps)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer (DevOps) to join our team at Quantiphi. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure and monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and logging systems using AWS CloudWatch, DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
  • Implement automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell to streamline monitoring and logging tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in monitoring and logging technologies and integrate new tools as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in DevOps practices, with experience in automating monitoring and logging setups using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements related to monitoring and logging.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret monitoring and logging data to make informed decisions.
