Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and maintain accurate records of food quantities used.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
