Food Store Manager

FAMILY PIZZA is seeking a skilled Food Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize payments and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.
- Manual dexterity and ability to lift heavy loads.
