- Cash Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring that all bank accounts are in a positive cash position.
- Accounting and Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, prepare journal entries, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Lease Administration: Manage lease administration and accounting for computer, equipment, and vehicle leases.
- Insurance Policy Administration: Administer company insurance policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foreign Exchange Analysis: Prepare foreign exchange analysis to analyze variances compared to budget.
- 4+ years of financial accounting experience
- CPA designation or advanced standing
- Strong ERP financial systems experience, including generating reports (SAP preferred)
- Experience in rapidly growing companies
- Analytical skills with an aptitude for dealing with numbers
