About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a daycare setting. A First Aid Certificate and CPR Certification are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the children's development to prepare a tailored learning plan
  • Assist co-workers with housekeeping and cooking duties
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
  • Develop and implement child-care programs to support children's development
  • Maintain daycare equipment
  • Storytelling and lead activities for children
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers
  • Communicate with parents about children's progress
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in early childhood education
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certification
  • Punctuality, dependability, and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
