Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at K-Town Carpets and Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that clients receive a positive and personalized experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and making recommendations to clients
  • Operate cash register, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products
  • Assist in training and development of new team members
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Physical ability to lift and move products
