Job Title: Truck Driver - Over the Road

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled truck driver to join our team at EASTMAN LOGISTICS LTD. as a long haul truck driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination vehicle to transport goods across the country.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Obtain special permits and documents required to transport cargo on international routes.
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Perform brake adjustments, emergency roadside repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.

Requirements:

  • AZ class license.
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
