  • Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain positive tenant relations and effective communication

- Perform seasonal tasks such as light gardening, leaf clearing, snow removal, and exterior cleaning

- Respond to after-hours cleaning and building emergencies as needed

- Execute thorough and meticulous cleaning for tenant move-ins and move-outs
