About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department at Midas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing all service department activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and promoting our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, listening to and consulting with customers to meet their needs.
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections, making comprehensive recommendations, and building repair orders.
  • Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, promoting our company's core values and employee creed.
  • Supervise up to ten employees, ensuring a clean and organized facility.
  • Maintain inventory counts and oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing domestic, imported cars, and light trucks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of store or service manager experience.
  • General automotive knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service disposition.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Team-building skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license.
Compensation

$25.00 per hour.
