About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to drive sales growth and revenue growth of our Building Automation products through Value Added Partners (VAPs) within Western Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to lead growth and drive sales growth for Siemens' Building Automation solutions through Value Added Partners (VAPs) in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and recruit new VAPs to strengthen the partner ecosystem and support long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with existing VAPs to enhance their capabilities, drive sales growth, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to foster loyalty, trust, and alignment with Siemens' business goals.
  • Implement strategies to support VAPs in achieving their sales targets, including training and joint solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring sustainable revenue growth in the territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partner interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Building Automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Engineering Technology Diplomas or relevant trade certifications.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing channel partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of Building Automation systems and solutions or related Electrical/Mechanical systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and lead growth initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in growing a market is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Western Canada- across BC and Alberta as required.
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing.
