Cape Breton University invites applications for a full-time position as a Communicable Disease Prevention and Immunizations Clinic Nurse.
The Nancy Dingwall Health and Counselling Centre is a collaborative healthcare centre with nurses, physicians, and counsellors working together to meet the needs of our patients.
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Health and Counselling and work with the collaborative healthcare team to provide healthcare to the campus community.
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide healthcare services to the campus community
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet the needs of patients
- Develop and implement healthcare programs and services
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to healthcare
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree
- Experience in communicable disease prevention and immunizations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
