Farm Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Farm Labourer to join our team at W. J. O'Neil & Sons Limited. As a Farm Labourer, you will be responsible for the daily care and maintenance of our dairy farm.
Key Responsibilities:- Milk cows and monitor animal health
- Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the animals
- Feed and tend to animals as needed
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions, including outdoors, dusty, hot, noisy, odourous, wet/damp, cold/refrigerated, and dirty settings. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work at heights, and perform repetitive tasks.
As a team player, you will work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals and provide efficient interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $58,000 per year, based on experience, depending on the location. Additional benefits include free parking available and a permanent employment duration.
