About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Dairy Queen Main Street. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package food and beverages for customers, including taking orders and serving food at counters or buffet tables.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs, and removing kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Inventory Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: This is a permanent position with a fast-paced environment and repetitive tasks.
