About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team at ZED GUARD SECURITIES LTD. as a Retail Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce Regulations and Maintain Order

You will be responsible for enforcing regulations and maintaining order in our retail establishment. This includes resolving conflicts and monitoring establishment activities to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft.

Patrol Assigned Areas

You will be required to patrol assigned areas to ensure the security and safety of our customers and employees.

Prevent and Detect Shoplifting and Theft

You will be responsible for preventing and detecting shoplifting and theft in our retail establishment.

Resolve Conflict Situations

You will be required to resolve conflict situations in a professional and courteous manner.

Ensure Safety Procedures are Followed

You will be responsible for ensuring that safety procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

Experience is an asset, but not required. A permanent position is available.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week.
