About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our Panda Hut Mangolia Express team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

Responsibilities
  • Unload and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Load buspans and trays with food and supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Receive and unpack deliveries, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Team player with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Permanent work term with 30-40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
