About the Role

Cooke Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Corporate Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of all aspects of our global financing program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Support the team in gathering, evaluating, and analyzing critical operating and financial information to inform financing initiatives and corporate decision-making.
  • Financial Modeling: Manage the development, update, and maintenance of multiple financing models for strategic and tactical projects.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal stakeholders to procure, collate, and review relevant information required to support analysis and/or prepare financing documentation.
  • Financing Strategy: Assist in the formulation, evaluation, and analysis of structuring considerations related to the development of financing strategies.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Coordinate and actively manage a periodic financing internal reporting framework for the business and assist in the preparation of internal and external discussion materials and/or presentations.
  • Industry Benchmarking: Carry out benchmarking and comparative analysis of select industry peers, as and when required.
  • External Stakeholder Coordination: Assist the team in coordinating the provision of all relevant information as may be required by external financing stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Professional Designation: Professional Accounting/Finance designation (CPA/CFA) would be preferable.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as an analyst or senior analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment or in the Transaction Advisory Services team of a leading accounting firm.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability in financial modeling, M&A, and bank financing; excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail; adept at multi-tasking to deliver high-priority projects.
