Job Title: Senior Digital Architect F/M

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Architect to join our team at KZenEdge Strategic Program Execution. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Senior Digital Architect will be responsible for leading the solution architecture of digital services, ensuring a citizen-centered design and agile software approach. You will provide recommendations and prototypes for technical discovery and feasibility, and be accountable for solution designs that account for iterative implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the overall architectural plan, ensuring a citizen-centered design and agile software approach.
  • Provide recommendations and prototypes for technical discovery and feasibility.
  • Provide and be accountable for solution designs that account for iterative implementation.
  • Analyze impacts, exposure, and risk as it pertains to the solution design.
  • Guide the team in the implementation of digital services.
  • Contribute to the architectural vision for a platform of user-centric services.
  • Contribute to the development of principles, metrics, and standards for service quality and delivery.
  • Provide software architecture information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Actively participate in the development and continuous improvement of the architecture practice.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong technical understanding of current and emerging technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and project leadership skills.
  • Experience in leading solution architecture and introducing the overall technical vision for a large-scale Enterprise project.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring team(s) in agile principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in working as a software architect on complex software solutions in an agile team environment.
  • Experience in working in software development across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in working with teams that also apply UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design approaches.
  • Experience in leading domain modelling and database schema design for transactional and reporting systems.
  • Experience in working with other architects and/or as part of cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies through common services, reusable components and application programming interfaces (APIs).
