At Emergent BioSolutions, we're committed to creating a culture of innovation and growth. As a Data Analyst in our Engineering, Facilities, and Validation (EFV) department, you'll play a key role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into plant maintenance, quality, and finance metrics, and capital projects.

• Update and maintain visibility dashboards, track budgets and budget forecast using Power BI, Power Automate, Smartsheet, SAP, and IBM Planning analytics.

• Provide recommendations based on data analytics to support business decisions.

• Monitor and report finance and quality metrics to leadership.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by developing proper workflows, templates, and standards to visualize and streamline processes.

• Support the roll-out of standard tools within the organization; act as a subject matter expert and coach to ensure platforms are successfully integrated into business.

• Play a key role in the equipment life cycle and administration improvement within the SAP Plant Maintenance module and supporting facility resource planning and scheduling initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business Studies/Administration, Finance, Information Technologies, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.

• Advanced experience with Power BI, Excel, SAP, Smartsheet, Power Automate, Visio, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and working with Smartsheet API.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Understanding of Operational Excellence and Lean concepts considered an asset.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Efficient time management skills.
