Concrete Finisher and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our projects.
Responsibilities:- Prepare, place, and repair concrete on various surfaces such as floors, walls, and structures, sidewalks, and finish it according to specifications.
- Choose, measure, and mark materials to repair or finish the foundations according to the plans and specifications.
- Carry out layouts taking into account the prescriptions of the foremen and/or superintendents and quotes.
- Work in close collaboration with carpenters and specialized laborers as well as other trade shifts on the site.
- Adhere to safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and construction industry standards.
- Work as a team, maintain a pleasant and trusting working climate, communicate effectively with colleagues and other shifts on the site.
- Perform all other related tasks related to operations and requests coming from the foreman or superintendent.
- Hold a valid CCQ cement applicator card.
- Hold an ASP Construction & WHMIS 2015 card.
- Hold a valid driving license – Class 5.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
