Job Title: Senior Architect and Office Director

At LEMAYMICHAUD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect and Office Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our architectural team and overseeing the overall direction of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architectural team and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our office remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • University degree in architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in architecture and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Current membership in the OAA or OAQ.
  • Proficient in basic software: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of rendering software: Enscape, Lumion, V-ray, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of applicable codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
