Job Title: Logistics Operations Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Assistant to join our team at Coffrages Synergy. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods within our warehouse.

About the Role:

  • This is a temporary position with variable hours, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
  • You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products safely and efficiently.
  • Ship orders accurately and on time to meet customer expectations.
  • Weigh materials and goods to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Pack and unpack goods carefully to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.
  • Sort, crate, and stack goods effectively to optimize storage space and reduce waste.
  • Install, lash, and secure goods safely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Store cargo and materials securely to prevent loss, damage, or theft.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records to support effective supply chain management.
  • Hazardous products handling and storage require attention to safety protocols and regulations.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring stamina and focus to maintain productivity.
  • Sitting and standing for extended periods may be required depending on specific job duties.
