About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller to join our team at P Canada inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Development: Train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety: Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties to optimize productivity.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in various locations.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's licence.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, organized, team player, and initiative.
