Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Restaurant Team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and personalized guest service meeting Forbes, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards at all times. This includes preparing a wide range of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages, and adhering to guest special requests.

You will also be responsible for serving guests seated at the bar and preparation of beverages for In-Room Dining orders. Additionally, you will use Silverware Point of Sale system, maintain thorough knowledge of cocktails and develop new recipes around a creative cocktail program.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting Forbes, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards
• Prepare a wide range of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages
• Serve guests seated at the bar and prepare beverages for In-Room Dining orders
• Use Silverware Point of Sale system
• Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktails and develop new recipes

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced bar and fine dining or high-end restaurant setting
• Thorough knowledge of food, wine, beer, cocktails, port, scotch and other spirits
• An appreciation for detail and exceptional guest service
• Professionalism and positive attitude
• A calm, polite and composed demeanor
• Valid Serving It Right Certification
